since reading this Thread i've really enjoyed Courgette's,

i only used to have them on Holidays, when they were made up in tomato sauce's etc.

now i roast them with peppers and black pepper in foil as i was getting in a rut with my Veg's.

Hubby is planning his Veg patch at the moment and we bought some Courgette seeds yesterday for planting next month i think.

thanks for the update on the Bitter Melon Gourds Sasley i was going to try them when i next went shopping but will pass on that one now.
