Started 30/04/09 Weight loss to week 28 51lb and 26 inches - included 12 weeks on maintenance for knee surgery. Tracking again from week 44 Weight loss 55lb and 31 inches 7.04.10 lost 2lb and 2 inches 10.4.10 lost 3lb 07.05.10 lost 2lb and 1 inch 12.05.10 lost 1lb 21.05.10 lost 1lb and 2.5 inches (inches over 2 weeks) 07.06.10 lost 3lb lost so far 67lb and 36.5 inches Still using Wii Fit for tracker as it's less confusing lol |
