Also - iceberg lettuce stir fries really well and of course it's a free veg - so you could eat a whole one - joking (not)!!

Mountain bread is great for making desserts - i can recommend any fruit wrapped in mountain bread.

Stir fries for dinner are good, protein allowance (I use salmon or tuna usually) weighed veg in peppers, mushrooms, mange tout (about half of allowance) and then the other half in spring greens. Then I add chopped celery and a big handful of watercress to that. Heat up some chinese five spice in wok, add salmon for a couple of minutes, then add veg, throw in some tamari sauce and cook for another couple of mins then serve. Makes a big plate of food

Oh and then I have my cherry mountain bread parcel for dessert

Thanks guys for all of the advice and encouragement, the cherry parcel sounds gorgeous so I'll definately be giving that a go. I have to say it has bee a VERY steep learning curve. I won't be adding flax seed to my eggs again in a hurry! However my crunchy sesame chicken was success.

Whilst I am on the scrounge for advice does anybody know if green tea is allowed? Specifically matcha?

Thanks girls xxx
