Just started on programme, week one done and lost 7lbs and 6 inches off hips!!!!. Wanted to know which Mountain Bread to choose as didn't realise soooo many choices!! What do people think is the tastiest??

TO be totally honest they all taste the same to me! I personally choose Oat if I can just because oats are so good for you and have a low GL!

Agree with Maddie - not much to choose between them - I usually have the rice one - doesn't seem to break up so much

Agree with Sasley and Maddie. I can never tell the difference. No favourite, just eat whichever one I have.

no I couldnt tell any difference. I usually go for the organic ones - just because!!! but depends whats there and I will take anything.
