Hi there has anyone worked out how many calories they are having a day on this diet, I reckon I am having around 800 a day which is why I feel weak, what about anyone else?

I reckon about that too, can't believe you're still feeling weak, maybe something just doesn't agree with you. I've never felt better ! x

Funnily enough a calorie counting obsessed friend of mine worked out my daily intake just last week when she was astounded by the fact that I wasn't hungry. She calculated it at 900. Are you eating absolutely everything that you have been given on your plan? Not skipping anything for whatever reason?
I still sometimes feel hungry in the 4th hour & so glug water & green tea to get me through but generally like Tracy I am feeling more energised AND already have cut my diabetes meds by a third. Week 1 was horrid but I think you should be settling into it now. Ask your consultant, she probably has a true answer based on your plan.

Surprised - it will depend what you eat - mine was coming out between 1200 -1400. My seeds add up to 240 calories on there own!! There pretty much the same for everyone - but I suppose if youa re not having them then that would take it below 1000 on some days!!

I actually worked out over the years of 'dieting' i actually cant lose weight unless I eat around 700 - 800 calories a day , however finding what i could eat for this has always been a problem. I was suprised by how much i can eat on this programme. was really ready for my meals yesterday which i was impressed by as i have not felt hunger for years x lol
