First weigh in tonight for 4 months & I had stayed the same, so my couple of weeks of being good has paid off. I have found having a weigh in booked has really helped me focus over the last couple of weeks, so I will probably carry on going approx every 3 months ( I'm not ready to totally cut the apron strings yet!). I'm going to continue with following strict Lifestyle for the next few days till we go away at the weekend & see if I can shift a little more.
I have also agreed that SS can use my testimonial for publicity purposes so we'll see if any thing happens there. Good luck to all where ever you are on your journey. Keep going the results are so worth it.

Well done Mand.
As ever, an inspiration to the rest of us and a credit to yourself. I just can't seem to get back on track at all. I'm still treating myself to wine (almost daily) as I'm still in holiday mode. Jeans are definetly tight. I'm finding it so hard to be good. Might just wait until I go back to work and really give it my all then. Good luck to everyone, especially those struggling. Marion x |
