Thanks guys! Don't forget that I have a lot to lose though... I should be losing more than average given my starting weight!

Lost another 3lb and 1 inch. I've struggled with drinking the water the last couple of days. Need to work on that more definitely. Otherwise pleased and heading forward into another week!

Back from my holiday in Portugal where I indulged a bit. Not madly but definitely had things that weren't on my plan! Like bread and potatoes...

I did manage to keep the sweet things to a minimum and didn't really have any desserts and only a couple of ice-creams over the whole trip which I see as a total victory!

Seeing consultant tomorrow for first weigh in back and I'm aiming for staying the same - or if I've gained then hopefully it's not bad...

I'm back on the plan now though - just need to go shopping to get more ingredients in but mentally I feel pretty ok.

I hope you've all had a good couple of weeks!

I lost 2lbs. How is this even possible? I would have been thrilled to have maintained but this is unreal!

I love this diet!!

Well done Fiona!

You should feel boosted by managing to do that, now be sure to get back on the horse and stay focussed as you carry on......
